Our jewelry is water resistant.
Available in smooth finish: 925 Silver wire, 14 carat gold filled wire , 14 carat rose gold filled wire and on quote in 18 carat solid gold wire.
Elastic thread. The materials used do not contain Nickel.

Size
Each bracelet is worn adjusted to the wrist: it is not recommended to wear the bracelet too loose.
If you have a wrist smaller than 15 cm, you should take size XS.
If you have a wrist of 15 to 16.5 cm, we advise you to take size S / M.
You have a wrist of 16.5 to 18 cm, you should take size L / XL.
Each piece of jewelry is made to order and by hand, we can adapt the sizes.

Exchanges and returns
Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case of return or exchange of a jewel from the permanent collections, please contact only by email

Change of cord possible on the bracelet (wear) at a cost of €20.
Manufacturing lead times
The manufacturing time is 24 hours to 72 hours on working days.
In the event of a busy period or holidays, the deadlines are extended: a message is updated on the site's home page with the new deadlines.
Delivery times
Once the jewel is manufactured (see "manufacturing times"), the package is handed over to a carrier.
Except in exceptional cases, we work with Colissimo, which generally delivers between 1 and 3 working days for France, 4 to 5 working days for Europe, and 7 to 8 working days for international deliveries.
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, you can track its progress using the tracking number sent by email. A question regarding the sending of the package once handed over to the carrier: contact them directly with all the package references.
