Materials
Our jewelry is water resistant.
Available in smooth or sparkling (hammered) finish: in 925 Silver wire, 14 carat gold filled wire, 14 carat rose gold filled wire and on quote in 18 carat solid gold wire. The materials used do not contain Nickel. The price varies depending on the material.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in a branded box.
Possibility of gift bag with supplement of 1€ including a bag stamped with the brand.
Size
Each bracelet is worn adjusted to the wrist: it is not recommended to wear the bracelet too loose.
In order to adapt perfectly to the wrist circumference, an additional 1 cm ring is systematically added in order to enlarge the bracelet if necessary.
Our sizes correspond to the wrist circumference (eg: S = 15 cms).
Each piece of jewelry is made to order and by hand, we can adapt the sizes.

What is 14k gold filled wire?
Developed in the United States , it is a process for manufacturing components for jewelry from a raw material composed of a layer of 12 or 14 carat gold mechanically pressed or hot-applied on a brass or copper base. The weight of gold corresponds to 1/20 of the total weight of the product, i.e. approximately 50 to 100 times more than in a gold-plated product. No maintenance required, water-resistant, does not blacken.

What is 925 Silver?
925 thousandths silver used in jewelry is sometimes also called solid silver, sterling silver or 925 silver. This type of alloy has a minimum content of 92.5% pure silver , to which other metals are added. The wire is a solid 925 silver wire, not plated.
How to keep silver shiny? Simply maintain or clean it with a product specific to silver, baking soda, or lemon. Water resistant.

Manufacturing lead times
The manufacturing time is 24 hours to 72 hours on working days.
In the event of a busy period or holidays, the deadlines are extended: a message is updated on the site's home page with the new deadlines.
Delivery times
Once the jewel is manufactured (see "manufacturing times"), the package is handed over to a carrier.
Except in exceptional cases, we work with Colissimo, which generally delivers between 1 and 3 working days for France, 4 to 5 working days for Europe, and 7 to 8 working days for international deliveries. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, you can track its progress using the tracking number sent by email. If you have any questions about sending the package once it has been handed over to the carrier, contact them directly with all the package references.
