How to proceed?
Directly enter the initial(s) to be personalized in the Personalization field before adding the product to the cart.
After selecting all the information in the drop-down lists, specify the word to be personalized in the shopping cart, once the product is added to the cart.
The chain is made of stainless steel with epoxy resin beads.

All orders are shipped in a branded pouch.
Possibility of gift bag with supplement of 1€ including a bag stamped with the brand. Each bracelet is worn adjusted to the wrist: it is not recommended to wear your bracelet too loose.
In order to adapt perfectly to the wrist, each chain has two positions: the first being the selected size, the second allows the bracelet to be enlarged by 1 cm if necessary.
Our sizes correspond to the wrist circumference (eg: S = 15 cms)
Each piece of jewelry is made to order and by hand, we can adapt the sizes.
Note the exact size directly in the “miscellaneous” section after validating the basket.
Exchanges and returns
Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

The manufacturing time is 24 hours to 72 hours on working days.
In the event of a busy period or holidays, the deadlines are extended: a message is updated on the home page of the site with the new deadlines.
Delivery times
Once the jewel is manufactured (see "manufacturing times"), the package is handed over to a carrier.
Except in exceptional cases, we work with Colissimo, which generally delivers between 1 and 3 working days for France, 4 to 5 working days for Europe, and 7 to 8 working days for international deliveries.
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, you can track its progress using the tracking number sent by email. A question regarding the sending of the package once handed over to the carrier: contact them directly with all the package references.
